2019 Estate Shiraz has aromas of blueberry, rosemary and chocolate on the nose and palate. It is medium – full bodied with silky tannins and will complement steak and lamb chops.
Vintage conditions
Another dry winter and spring before a hot summer. Several timely storms in summer kept things going until harvest. Grapes had intense flavour and ripe tannins.
