These Conditions of Sale apply to any orders for goods made by the purchaser from Heslop Wines via the website.

By making an order via the website, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale and to abide by the rules and regulations governing the sale of alcohol in Australia.

In accordance with the Liquor Act 1982 it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

You must be 18 or above to purchase products from this shop.

Shipping

• Pick-up/local delivery (free) option available.

• Freight is $20 for every dozen (1-12 bottles) with Australia Post.

We deliver within Australia only. We use Australia Post for our deliveries. Delivery usually takes 4-12 working days. Please advise us if you do not receive your wine.

Returns

We accept returns for defective products only. If you believe an item that you received is defective, please contact us directly by phone or email. If necessary, we will replace the bottle/s or offer a refund.

Transaction Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a transaction, please contact us prior to dispatch of your order. We may cancel the order and refund the amount of your payment less any processing costs incurred by us at that point.

2. We do not share your personal details or shopping history with third parties.
